You may have a background in program management or a related field, which will help you navigate the complexities of customer success enablement. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end enablement plan for the Customer Success team, translating transformation priorities into a clear program roadmap. You will develop training materials, playbooks, and toolkits that empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional service and measurable outcomes for customers. Collaborating closely with CS leadership, you will ensure that CSMs feel confident and capable in their roles. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
