You are a deeply analytical growth marketer with a passion for results and a strong focus on testing velocity and scale. You have experience in driving user acquisition and revenue growth through various paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your operational rigor ensures that campaigns are executed flawlessly, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you partner closely with product marketing, operations, creative, strategy, engineering, lifecycle, and analytics teams.
You possess a strong understanding of audience targeting and messaging strategy, ensuring that the right message reaches the right customer in the right channel. Your obsession with results drives you to continuously optimize campaigns for scalable and profitable customer acquisition. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to Notion's mission of providing seamless tools for productivity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across multiple channels, focusing on driving scalable and profitable customer acquisition for Notionβs self-serve offerings. You will guide campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment around audience targeting and messaging. Your analytical skills will be crucial in measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights gained from data. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve future efforts.
