You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Your experience in guiding customers through the sales process, particularly in deploying software solutions, has equipped you with the skills to enable successful implementations. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and addressing them before they impact the customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Notion, you will partner with the sales organization to engage with prospective and existing customers, providing them with the technical guidance they need to understand how Notion can fit into their existing tech stack. You will respond to advanced product inquiries and assist in the preparation of RFPs and security questionnaires, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their business goals and how Notion can help them achieve those objectives. You will provide thoughtful technical guidance throughout the sales process, focusing on enabling customers to deploy Notion effectively. This may include conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
