Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience leading projects in software operations, utilizing various project management methodologies such as agile and formal project management. Your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships allows you to act as a thoughtful partner in change with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity effectively, initiating new workflows and refining existing processes to meet evolving demands. Your experience includes conducting assessments of workforce efficiency and quality management, ensuring that operational goals are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with autonomy, systems, and data platform engineering teams to plan and execute projects that deliver critical data for Nuro's expansion goals. You will serve as the key liaison between Operations and Engineering, ensuring that data is scalable and of high quality. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing pipeline status within programs and delivering clear, articulate, data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency. You will also be expected to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of offshore teams, focusing on enhancing their productivity and quality management practices.
