You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in systems engineering and tooling. You excel at driving cross-functional collaboration and have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. You are adept at defining requirements and managing priorities, and you thrive in environments that require coordination across multiple teams. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about empowering engineers with world-class tooling and validation infrastructure, and you understand the importance of fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace.
Desirable
Experience in autonomous driving or robotics is a plus, as is familiarity with verification and validation processes in software development. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of systems tooling initiatives, from defining requirements to coordinating integration with simulation and autonomy stacks.
