What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Sensor Platform team, you will design and develop software systems that integrate with various sensors and compute hardware — your work will lay the foundation for Nuro's onboard software, enabling the perception and autonomy software stack to function seamlessly. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to define and evaluate the next generation of hardware platforms, ensuring that they meet the needs of Nuro's products.
You will be responsible for architecting and deploying Nuro's sensors and autonomous software, focusing on high reliability and performance — your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of Nuro's self-driving robots. You will also build the necessary tooling to assist in continuous testing and validation, ensuring that the systems you develop are robust and reliable.
