What you'll do

As a Senior Systems Test Engineer at Nuro, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our Verification & Validation ecosystem. You will focus on the technical implementation of V&V processes, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your role will involve creating a unified, automated architecture for validation, which will streamline our testing workflows and improve overall efficiency. You will design and manage triage workflows that facilitate quick resolution of issues, ensuring that our systems are continuously validated against performance metrics.

You will collaborate closely with hardware, software, and robot operations teams to define requirements and success criteria for autonomous driving capabilities. Your insights will drive cross-functional efforts to enhance our testing processes and ensure that our systems are ready for deployment. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
