What you'll do

As the Sales Director at Ogury, you will be responsible for executing the company's go-to-market strategy in the region. You will identify key business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with the Head of SEA Growth markets, you will shape the sales strategy to secure local revenue and propel Ogury's continued success across Malaysia.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and develop their skills. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve overall performance.
