Desirable

Experience in identity management or cybersecurity is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will define and manage the operational processes that keep the Okta Research and Development teams aligned with the Go-To-Market strategy. You will orchestrate leadership meetings, ensuring that all participants are prepared and focused on key outcomes. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of the ORD, driving efficiency and effectiveness across teams.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to operationalize business rhythms, ensuring that all teams are aligned and delivering on their commitments. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and presenting findings to the leadership team. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices across the organization.
