You have extensive experience in leading integration management, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions. What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and lead the Integration Management Office as a center of excellence for M&A integration. You will develop and maintain integration playbooks that guide the organization through the complexities of post-merger integration. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end integration planning, from the announcement of a merger through to the realization of synergies.

You will create detailed integration roadmaps that outline clear workstreams, milestones, and success metrics, collaborating closely with various business teams to ensure alignment. Additionally, you will provide critical input during due diligence processes, assessing integration feasibility and potential costs. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the integration teams.
