A background in project management or program governance will also be beneficial as you finalize the operational framework for the Risk Assessment & Mitigation Program.

What you'll do

As the Director of Risk Assessment & Mitigation, you will lead a specialized team dedicated to stabilizing complex customer relationships that are at risk. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate the Risk Assessment & Mitigation Program into existing customer success strategies, ensuring that your team acts as a force multiplier for account teams. You will oversee the development of operational frameworks and governance structures that support the program's objectives.

You will work closely with account teams to identify at-risk customers and develop tailored strategies to move them back to a steady state. This involves analyzing customer data, assessing risks, and providing the necessary resources and expertise to account teams. You will also be responsible for reporting on the program's effectiveness and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your role will require you to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on customer health and risk mitigation efforts. You will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the program's goals and objectives.
