Okta is hiring a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline in the Enterprise segment through regional marketing programs and events. You'll work closely with field sales in New York and require strong knowledge of integrated marketing programs.

You have a strong background in integrated marketing programs and understand how to align them with corporate goals. Your experience includes managing campaign budgets and maximizing pipeline impact and ROI across assigned regions. You are adept at collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to execute successful marketing initiatives. Your ability to work cross-functionally is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with field sales leadership to identify priorities.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance reporting of all regional marketing programs. You will manage campaign and program budgets to ensure maximum impact and return on investment. Collaborating closely with field sales leadership, you will identify priorities and deploy programs that align with corporate objectives. You will execute in-person and virtual events, as well as email and direct mail campaigns, to engage potential customers and drive pipeline growth.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales strategies and corporate goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the marketing strategy for the Northeast US region, and you will play a key part in driving Okta's mission to provide secure access and authentication solutions.
