You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in regional or localized marketing strategies — you've successfully executed campaigns that resonate with local audiences and understand the nuances of different markets. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a smooth hand-off of leads and insights. You are adept at managing budgets and tracking performance metrics, allowing you to optimize marketing programs effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a liaison between global marketing teams and regional sales organizations, ensuring that both sides are aligned and informed.

Desirable

Experience in the tech or compliance industry is a plus — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will help you measure the success of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions. You are comfortable with public speaking and can represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing your expertise and building relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will translate global marketing campaigns into regionally relevant programs by localizing content and adapting messaging for market or regulatory differences. You will plan, execute, and own all regional marketing activities, including local face-to-face events, sponsorships of industry conferences, and regional webinars. Managing the North America marketing budget will be a key responsibility, where you will estimate costs, track ROI, and report results to recommend ongoing optimizations. You will monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats, ensuring that your marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.

You will collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly and that sales teams are equipped with the necessary materials and insights. Gathering feedback from sales will be crucial to refine marketing strategies and improve the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
