Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the Enterprise B2B SaaS space β you've successfully led product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings and user experiences.
You possess a deep understanding of identity management solutions and their importance in business security β your expertise allows you to navigate complex product landscapes and identify opportunities for innovation. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful products.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels β you can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. You are passionate about user experience and are committed to ensuring that products meet the highest standards of usability and security.
Desirable
Experience with identity management platforms like Okta or Auth0 is a plus β familiarity with these tools will help you hit the ground running and contribute to the teamβs success from day one. A background in security compliance and governance will also be beneficial as you work to ensure that our products meet industry standards.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Okta, you will be responsible for the product strategy and roadmap of our Identity Management platform β you will lead initiatives that enhance user onboarding and access management, ensuring that our solutions provide secure and efficient access to applications. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.
You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions β your insights will guide the development of features that address the needs of our customers and differentiate Okta in the marketplace. You will work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
You will also be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on features based on user engagement and feedback β your analytical mindset will help you identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our offerings. You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Okta, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
