What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Okta's Authenticators, shaping how users authenticate across devices and surfaces. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance features such as credentials, passkeys, and phishing-resistant MFA. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of authentication solutions into various applications.
You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of your products. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will continuously iterate on product features to improve user satisfaction and security.
