You possess deep knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and have hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Your proficiency in scripting languages, especially Python, enables you to develop robust automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are familiar with monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring high availability and performance of critical services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that underpins Okta's security SaaS offerings. You will ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the systems you manage. Your responsibilities will include developing automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce toil, as well as handling incidents and participating in on-call shifts to maintain system reliability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in site reliability engineering, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
