What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Oktaβs Key Account Directors, helping to accelerate strategic deals and scale key pursuits. You will lead the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that clients understand how Oktaβs solutions can meet their unique needs. Collaborating with various teams, including product stakeholders and go-to-market leadership, you will develop and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of the Okta and Auth0 platforms. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of key accounts, driving customer success and satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, leveraging your technical expertise to propose innovative solutions that align with customer goals. Regularly engaging with clients, you will gather feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Okta remains at the forefront of identity management solutions.
