What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will be involved in creating compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of the Okta Identity Platform. You will work closely with the UK&I Solutions Engineering team to ensure that customers receive the support they need from initial engagement through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your role will require you to engage with customers at various levels, understanding their unique challenges and providing solutions that align with their business goals. You will conduct presentations and workshops, educating customers on the benefits of Okta's products and how they can enhance their security posture.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your insights will help shape product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
