What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will engage with customers throughout their development lifecycle, providing guidance on the Auth0 Identity Platform. You will collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with customer goals. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of the Auth0 platform to potential clients. You will also work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development based on market needs.

You will be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape and positioning Auth0 effectively against competitors. Your insights will help shape the sales strategy and ensure that the solutions offered are not only technically sound but also aligned with customer business objectives. You will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
