What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation and deployment of the Auth0 platform for various customers, ensuring that their identity solutions are tailored to their specific needs. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices and optimal configurations. Your hands-on approach will involve configuring the Auth0 platform, integrating it with existing systems, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the deployment process.
You will also be responsible for training customer teams on how to effectively use the Auth0 platform, empowering them to manage their identity solutions independently. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help shape the future development of the Auth0 platform. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
