Overview

OKX is seeking a Senior VIP Relationship Manager to lead and manage relationships with high-value and institutional clients in Turkey. This role requires strong judgment and the ability to influence across multiple functions.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing relationships with high-value clients, particularly in the financial or crypto sectors. Your strong judgment and ability to influence stakeholders across various functions make you an ideal candidate for this role. You understand the importance of providing exceptional service to VIP clients and are committed to operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex client needs while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry is a plus. Familiarity with institutional client management and a strong network within the Turkish market will set you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable leading initiatives that enhance the client experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will manage relationships with high-value and institutional clients, providing tailored support and solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, as well as collaborating with internal teams to drive operational improvements. You will play a key role in supporting selected operational and strategic initiatives for OKX TR, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
