You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the financial or cryptocurrency sectors, and are adept at building relationships with high-value clients. Your experience includes managing institutional accounts and understanding the unique needs of VIP clients in the blockchain ecosystem. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, ensures that client feedback is integrated into service offerings. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always seeking to exceed sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at attracting and retaining VIP and institutional clients. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Binance's offerings in a compelling manner. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial to your success, as you will act as the primary point of contact for these high-value accounts.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that services are delivered effectively. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will help you identify new business opportunities and refine your sales approach.
