You have experience in customer service, ideally within the tech or finance sectors, and possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. You are proactive in identifying areas for service improvement and are comfortable collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

You understand the importance of customer feedback and are skilled at escalating unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions. You are a team player who actively participates in meetings and contributes ideas to improve processes and procedures. What you'll do

In this role, you will undertake various tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Supervisor, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will identify areas for service and procedural improvement, making recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. You will participate in regular team meetings, sharing feedback and ideas with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

You will escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate level, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Your role will involve actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with OKX's commitment to exceptional service. You will also contribute to the development of best practices within the customer support team, helping to shape a culture of continuous improvement.
