OKX is hiring a Senior Agent for Customer Service to handle inquiries from global customers in Portuguese. You'll collaborate with various teams to address customer feedback and maintain strong relationships with partners. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and experience in customer service.

Who you are

You are a seasoned customer service professional with a strong command of the Portuguese language, capable of handling inquiries and issues from global customers through various channels including email, chat, and voice. You have a knack for maintaining a strong understanding of company products, which allows you to communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to establish and nurture strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders, ensuring that customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams such as product managers and marketing to address complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services. Your ability to escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors demonstrates your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and issues from global customers, ensuring that their needs are met through various communication channels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complaints and feedback, maintaining a strong understanding of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
