What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Database Administrator at OKX, you will be responsible for designing and managing our multi-cloud database platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our mission-critical global systems. You will implement high availability and disaster recovery architectures, such as cross-zone and Multi-AZ replication, to maintain optimal performance and reliability. Your role will involve monitoring database performance using CloudMonitor and CloudWatch, tuning systems to resolve issues like replication lag, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with engineering teams to drive automation initiatives, optimizing costs while enhancing database capabilities. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our database systems, supporting the growth of our crypto exchange and wallet services.
