Omnea is hiring a Senior Recruiter to take end-to-end ownership of GTM roles. You'll partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and manage the entire recruitment process. This role requires significant experience in talent acquisition.

You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, and you understand the nuances of hiring for fast-growing startups. With a proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates, you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of the hiring process from start to finish. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives and hiring managers.
Your experience includes working closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. You are adept at utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to identify candidates who align with the company's culture and values. You are also comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously and can prioritize effectively to meet hiring goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Recruiter at Omnea, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process for GTM roles, working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Omnea's values and culture. By leveraging your network and industry knowledge, you will identify and engage with potential candidates, building a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Additionally, you will provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
