Who you are
You have a proven track record in high-performance recruiting, particularly in the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success domains. Your experience includes engaging elite talent from Tier-1 AdTech and FAANG organizations through direct outreach and networking. You understand the nuances of the AdTech space and can refine ideal candidate profiles in alignment with aggressive revenue targets. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable moving with urgency to meet hiring goals.
Your ability to partner with GTM leadership is key, as you will ensure that the candidates you attract not only meet the technical requirements but also fit the company culture and values. You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that the recruiting process is efficient and effective. You are passionate about building teams that drive significant revenue growth and understand the importance of finding the right leaders to shape the future of the company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Vibe's go-to-market team, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success positions. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent, ensuring a high-velocity and high-quality pipeline. You will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to refine candidate profiles and align recruiting efforts with the company's ambitious revenue goals. Your role will involve conducting interviews, managing the candidate experience, and ensuring that the hiring process is both challenging and rewarding for candidates.
You will also be responsible for creating a compelling employer brand that resonates with potential candidates, showcasing Vibe's mission and values. Your efforts will directly impact the company's ability to scale and achieve its revenue targets. You will manage the interview process, which includes recruiter screens, hiring manager interviews, and take-home assignments, ensuring that each step is designed to identify high performers.
