OneOncology is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the field of Hematology/Oncology. You'll collaborate with experienced oncologists and clinical staff in Palm Coast, Florida. This role is ideal for experienced APPs, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with a background in Hematology/Oncology, either as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You have a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care and are eager to collaborate with a dedicated team of oncologists and clinical staff. You understand the importance of conducting thorough patient evaluations and supporting treatment planning to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

You may have experience as an RN or APP in a Hematology/Oncology setting, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. You are committed to continuous learning and professional development, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to the well-being of patients facing cancer.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients at Cancer Specialists of North Florida, with responsibilities that include conducting patient evaluations, supporting treatment planning, and delivering individualized cancer care. You will have light inpatient rounding at two local hospitals, and there are no call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will work closely with experienced oncologists and clinical staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey.

You will be part of a private practice that values teamwork and collaboration, and you will have the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research and multi-center trials. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of patients and their families, providing them with the support and care they need during a challenging time.
