Who you are
You are an experienced physician with a focus on internal medicine, specifically in managing patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. Your background includes hospitalist experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to handle complex cases in a fast-paced environment. You are board-certified and hold an MD or DO degree, demonstrating your commitment to the medical profession and patient care.

What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients at Mid Florida Cancer Centers, covering two hospitals in Orange City, FL. Your responsibilities will include managing complex hospitalized patients and conducting medical oncology consults. You will collaborate with oncology teams to ensure that patients receive coordinated and effective care, contributing to their overall treatment plans.
You will be expected to engage with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey. Your role will also involve working with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
