OpenAI is hiring an AI Success Engineer to partner with organizations in translating AI into business value. You'll guide customers through deployment and adoption of OpenAI's platform. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and customer advisory skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and customer success, ideally with experience in AI or technology solutions. You excel in driving account health and adoption, ensuring technical readiness, and identifying new use cases that deliver measurable value to customers. Your ability to partner deeply with customer teams and map workflows is essential for success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research. You are adept at overseeing deployment plans and guiding customers toward high-impact use cases that showcase the full value of OpenAI's platform. Your experience in program management and customer advisory roles will enable you to influence product direction and enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for OpenAI's most important customers. Your responsibilities will include driving account health and adoption, ensuring technical readiness, and delivering measurable value through the OpenAI platform. You will lead configuration and enablement efforts, oversee deployment plans, and guide customers toward strategic use cases that get to production.
You will work closely with customer teams to map workflows and identify opportunities for transformation. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a connected and successful customer experience across every touchpoint. Success in this position means accelerating adoption and increasing customer activation depth, ultimately shaping how AI changes work, productivity, and innovation.
