Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical enablement and customer success, ideally with experience in AI or technology adoption. You understand how to guide organizations through the complexities of implementing AI solutions and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are skilled in designing and delivering workshops and training sessions that empower teams to leverage AI technologies effectively. Your ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly sets you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing enablement programs that drive the adoption of OpenAI's products. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows and help them integrate AI capabilities into their operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, AI Success Engineers, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through to successful implementation. Your role will involve designing structured workshops that facilitate learning and adoption of AI technologies.

You will track and measure the success of enablement initiatives, ensuring that customers achieve measurable business value from their use of OpenAI's products. Your insights will help shape future product offerings and customer engagement strategies.
