You have a strong background in technical integration and program management, with experience guiding customers through the deployment and adoption of complex technologies. Your ability to translate technical concepts into business value is key, as you will be the primary post-sales contact for OpenAI's most important customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with customer teams and map workflows. Your experience in overseeing deployment plans and guiding customers toward high-impact use cases will be invaluable in this role. You are proactive in identifying new use cases and ensuring that customers derive measurable value from OpenAI's platform.

What you'll do

As an AI Success Engineer, you will be responsible for driving account health and adoption for OpenAI's AI solutions. You will engage with customers from the initial deployment phase through to scaled enterprise adoption, ensuring that they are technically ready and able to leverage the full potential of the platform. Your role will involve mapping customer workflows, leading configuration efforts, and overseeing deployment plans to facilitate successful integration.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research teams to ensure that the customer experience is connected and successful across all touchpoints. Your success will be measured by your ability to accelerate adoption, increase customer activation depth, and guide strategic use cases that lead to production. You will have the opportunity to shape how AI changes work, productivity, and innovation for a diverse range of organizations, from fast-growing digital natives to large global enterprises.
