You possess a keen understanding of workflow transformation and have a track record of delivering measurable value to clients. What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer at OpenAI, you will be the primary post-sales contact for key customers, responsible for driving account health and adoption of the AI platform. You will partner with customer teams to map workflows and lead configuration efforts, ensuring that technical readiness is achieved for successful deployments.
Your role will involve identifying new use cases and guiding customers toward strategic implementations that maximize the value of OpenAI's offerings. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
You will also be tasked with monitoring customer activation depth and accelerating adoption rates, which will require you to leverage your technical expertise and customer advisory skills. Your success will be measured by the impact you have on customer satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of AI integration within their operations.
