What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and operating model of the Tokyo Solutions Architecture team, ensuring alignment with OpenAI's objectives and the evolving needs of customers. You will lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, guiding them to deliver exceptional outcomes that demonstrate the value of our technology.

You will manage the entire implementation journey for customers, ensuring seamless platform integration and addressing any technical challenges that arise. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and drive successful deployments.

You will be responsible for developing a backlog of Generative AI use cases tailored to various industries, working with customers to identify opportunities for impactful applications. Your success will be measured by the number of live production applications and the overall satisfaction of our customers.
