You are an early member of the Data team within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, eager to build a data-centric culture and enhance decision-making processes. You have a strong analytical mindset and are passionate about driving strategic initiatives through analytics. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to support the GTM team in bringing technology to a wide range of customers.
You possess experience in managing cross-functional data projects related to revenue, pricing, sales, product, marketing, and growth. You are skilled in creating scalable pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and analysis from multiple sources. Your ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively is one of your key strengths.
What you'll do
In this role, you will embed with the GTM team as a trusted partner, identifying high-impact analytics problems and pioneering data-driven solutions. You will establish a data-driven culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of metrics. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional data projects that cover various core business topics.
You will create scalable pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, managing the lifecycle of metrics and models from prototyping to production. Additionally, you will develop and refine tools such as dashboards and reports that empower the team to extract and analyze data independently. Conducting analyses to uncover insights and inform key decisions will be a crucial part of your role.
