What you'll do

As a Product Engineer on the GTM Innovation team, you will build high-impact applications and tools that accelerate OpenAI’s go-to-market efforts. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from prototyping and iterating to shipping and maintaining applications. Your role will involve embedding with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify user needs and build tailored solutions. You will apply OpenAI’s models in novel ways to address real-world customer and internal workflow challenges, ensuring that your contributions directly shape how customers experience our technology in the field.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from users and translating those insights into actionable improvements for future iterations. Your work will not only enhance customer engagement but also contribute to the overall success of OpenAI’s innovative initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the company’s strategic goals and customer expectations.
