Overview

Intercom is seeking a GTM Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights that support scaled, digital-first go-to-market programs. You'll analyze customer cohorts and measure program impacts using SQL and Google Analytics. This role requires experience in data analysis and A/B testing.

Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, allowing you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct cohort analyses and measure the impact of digital engagements on business metrics. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data-driven decisions are well-informed and effectively communicated. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of scaled digital programs. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance measurement strategies. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, which help you navigate challenges in data interpretation and reporting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer and prospect cohorts to support targeting and prioritization for scaled digital programs. You will measure the impact of both point-in-time and evergreen digital engagements on key business and product metrics, providing insights that drive decision-making. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to analyze campaign performance and program effectiveness, ensuring that all initiatives are well-measured and continuously improved. Your insights will help shape the go-to-market strategies and enhance customer engagement and adoption. You will also be involved in developing dashboards and reports that communicate findings to stakeholders, making data accessible and actionable. You will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional partners to discuss performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the overall mission of Intercom to deliver exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights.
