You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy, to drive defensible outcomes. You are comfortable handling sensitive content and can navigate ambiguity to create clear decisions and repeatable workflows. Your ability to design processes and automation will contribute to building scalable systems that reduce risk over time.

Desirable

Experience in a tech or AI-focused environment is a plus, as is familiarity with content moderation tools and practices. You may have a background in legal or compliance roles, which would enhance your ability to interpret usage policies effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will apply OpenAI's usage policies with rigor and nuance, interpreting them in the context of complex cases. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that user experiences are protected from abuse while supporting the diverse customer base that OpenAI serves.
