OpenAI is hiring a Content Integrity Analyst to support Trust & Safety operations. You'll investigate complex cases and apply usage policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and judgment.

Who you are
You have experience in Trust & Safety or Content Integrity operations, demonstrating strong judgment and analytical instincts. You thrive in environments where you can interpret and apply policies to complex, real-world scenarios, ensuring a safe user experience. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy, to drive defensible outcomes. You are comfortable handling sensitive content and can navigate ambiguity to create clear decisions and repeatable workflows. Your ability to design processes and automation will contribute to building scalable systems that reduce risk over time.
Desirable
Experience in a tech or AI-focused environment is a plus, as is familiarity with content moderation tools and practices. You may have a background in legal or compliance roles, which would enhance your ability to interpret usage policies effectively. A passion for technology and its impact on society will help you align with OpenAI's mission to ensure the responsible use of AI.
