What you'll do
As the Data Science Manager for Integrity at OpenAI, you will lead a team of data scientists dedicated to ensuring the responsible deployment of AI technologies. You will be accountable for building a high-performing data science function that can keep pace with fast-moving threats. Your role will involve setting the roadmap in collaboration with Integrity Product and Engineering leaders, evolving team structures, and raising the bar on technical rigor.
