What you'll do

As a Data Scientist on the Platform team, you will embed with product teams to uncover ways to improve developer experience and usage growth. You will define north-star metrics across the developer funnel, focusing on activation, retention, and growth, while also establishing latency and cost guardrails for new features. Your role will involve designing and interpreting A/B tests and controlled rollouts for new model versions and API features. You will build source-of-truth dashboards that provide insights to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Additionally, you will translate product learnings into actionable feedback for research, helping to identify failure modes and gaps in model responses.
