You are a proactive and adaptable partner with a strong ability to manage complex scheduling and optimize workflows. You have experience in providing high-trust operational support to executives, enabling them to stay focused on their priorities. Your organizational skills allow you to coordinate projects effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the leadership's engagements are well-managed and executed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the schedules of two executives, ensuring that their time is allocated efficiently to meet the demands of their roles. You will coordinate various projects that require cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between the Global Affairs team and other departments within OpenAI.
You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, which includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. Your role will also involve preparing materials for meetings and engagements, ensuring that executives are well-prepared for their interactions with external stakeholders.
