Who you are

You are a native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills, particularly in a business environment. You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or have equivalent experience, such as completing a Code School or Bootcamp. You have a solid understanding of web front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allows you to effectively engage with clients and provide technical support. Your previous experience in IT solution engineering, IT implementation, or IT project management has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage relationships with both internal and external teams. You excel in providing exceptional customer service and have a proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. As a positive team player, you bring motivation, ambition, and innovative ideas to the table, alongside great interpersonal skills.

What you'll do

In your role as a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will play a vital part in proactively engaging with premium clients in Japan. You will facilitate the seamless integration of Taboola's digital content into their websites and mobile applications. This involves providing technical support and strategic consultation to both new and existing clients while collaborating closely with Taboola’s business teams. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders from various departments, including Sales & Account Management, Product Management, Production Support, and R&D, to ensure successful client onboarding and impactful product launches. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you navigate technical consultations and ensure that clients receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for identifying client needs and working with the team to develop solutions that meet those needs, ultimately driving client satisfaction and success.
