You have a strong background in technical recruitment, ideally with experience in building engineering and product teams. You understand the nuances of hiring for technical roles and are passionate about finding the right talent to fit the company culture. You are a great communicator, able to engage with candidates and stakeholders alike, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for innovative ways to attract top talent and improve recruitment strategies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Fieldguide, you will be responsible for building out the engineering, product, and design teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. You will also play a key role in promoting Fieldguide's values and culture to potential hires, ensuring that the recruitment process reflects the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
