Nooks is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to shape the future of their engineering and product teams. You'll partner with hiring managers to source top technical talent and manage the recruitment process. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in technical recruiting, ideally with a focus on engineering and product roles. Your ability to understand complex technical needs allows you to effectively partner with hiring managers and translate those needs into compelling job descriptions. You are proactive in sourcing candidates and building a pipeline of top technical talent, ensuring that Nooks stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
You excel in managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging process for all candidates. Your strong communication skills enable you to maintain recruiting metrics and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders. You are committed to building scalable processes and programs that will have a lasting impact on the recruitment function at Nooks.
Desirable
Experience in recruiting for AI or tech startups is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in technical hiring. You are comfortable using various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance your sourcing strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Nooks' engineering and product teams. You will take charge of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing a pipeline of top technical talent for future opportunities, ensuring that Nooks can scale its engineering capabilities effectively.
You will partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs and translate those into compelling job descriptions and recruiting strategies. Your expertise will be critical in managing the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that engages candidates and reflects Nooks' values.
You will also maintain recruiting metrics to track progress and communicate updates to the team. Your role will involve building out recruiting materials that will be impactful for years to come, contributing to the overall success of Nooks' recruitment efforts.
