Who you are
You have a strong background in vendor management and are skilled at establishing standards and procedures for evaluating vendor performance. You excel in monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements and have experience in collecting qualitative data to assess vendor relationships. Your analytical skills allow you to provide insightful cost analysis data on vendor spending, and you are adept at leading vendor performance reviews. You are a proactive communicator, capable of addressing transaction-level issues and developing action plans to improve vendor performance. You understand the importance of building strong partnerships with vendors and are committed to championing cost savings initiatives. Your ability to evaluate vendor risks and highlight areas for improvement is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Trade Partner Manager at Opendoor, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors related to title and escrow services. You will establish and monitor standards for vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon SLAs and contract requirements. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing qualitative data from business leaders to assess vendor performance and relationship quality. You will lead performance reviews and work closely with vendors to develop action plans that address any performance issues. Additionally, you will evaluate vendor costs and advocate for cost-saving initiatives, ensuring that Opendoor maintains strong and effective vendor partnerships.
