Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in both traditional and digital media channels. Your expertise spans across media planning, buying, and optimization, allowing you to effectively manage campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
You are a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from high-level planning to detailed execution. Your analytical mindset enables you to connect upper-funnel investments to near-term impacts, ensuring that brand-building efforts are aligned with performance metrics.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to manage relationships with agencies and platform partners effectively. You are adept at writing briefs, setting KPIs, and negotiating rates to optimize media inventory while ensuring brand safety.
Your hands-on experience with various media channels, including Video, Audio, Display, and Direct Mail, equips you to lead cross-channel strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with test-and-learn frameworks that drive performance improvements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to adapt to new challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end media planning and execution process, defining channel roles and audience frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
