Who you are

You have a strong background in UX design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance usability and accessibility. Your proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD allows you to craft intuitive interfaces that resonate with users. You understand the importance of accessibility best practices and are committed to ensuring that all users can engage with the products you design. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively helps bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members.

Desirable

Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG) is a plus, as is experience in conducting user research and usability testing. You are always eager to learn and stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, which helps you bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll do

As a UX Designer at Workato, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that simplify complex workflows. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into engaging designs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that the final product meets user needs effectively. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate your design ideas and iterate based on feedback. Additionally, you will advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process, helping to foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
