Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed real estate professional with a strong negotiation and communication skill set β you excel at explaining complex terms simply and advocating for your clients while maintaining relationships. You have a proven ability to handle high-volume transactions, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Your mindset is one of high ownership, and you are comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues related to title, inspections, HOA, lenders, and internal operations. You are willing and able to work in-office in Miami four days a week.
What you'll do
As a Listing Partner at Opendoor, you will serve as the single point of contact for buyerβs agents from the offer stage through to closing on Opendoor-owned homes. You will negotiate on behalf of Opendoor, coordinating with internal teams and title partners to ensure smooth, on-time closings while delivering an exceptional experience for both agents and buyers. You will focus on mastering our tools and processes, learning our playbook, and building your negotiation and communication skills through training and coaching. Your role is pivotal in helping to rebuild how people buy and sell homes, ensuring that transactions are handled with certainty and efficiency.
