You are a customer-centric and relationship-focused professional with a strong appetite for strategic planning and operational rigor. You have a proven track record of exemplary execution and thrive in building trust with clients through platform mastery and a deep understanding of their business needs. Your experience includes developing executive client influence and leading long-term vision for client success through a consultative sales approach.
You excel in fostering key strategic relationships both externally and internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product. You are comfortable working in an agile, team-focused environment and can deliver against tight deadlines while driving meaningful revenue growth.
What you'll do
As a Client Partner at Meta, you will be the strategic and vision-setting relationship owner for our top advertisers. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships that drive revenue growth and client success on our platform. You will engage in strategic planning sessions with clients, ensuring that their long-term vision aligns with Meta's offerings.
You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. This includes collaborating with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, working with analytics to measure success, and partnering with engineering and product teams to enhance the client experience. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging your insights to influence client strategies.
