Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders allows you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and operational needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with local government teams to implement OpenGov’s Community Operations products effectively. You will drive outcomes that improve service delivery and enhance the experience for residents and businesses. Your responsibilities will include leading customer engagements, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback and operational challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings and help shape the future of community operations.
