Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, particularly within community operations. Your background includes working closely with local government leaders to enhance service delivery and regulatory compliance. You possess a strong understanding of technical architecture and workflows that support resident-facing services.

You have a proven track record of independently leading complex customer engagements, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their investments in OpenGov's products. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders allows you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and operational needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with local government teams to implement OpenGov’s Community Operations products effectively. You will drive outcomes that improve service delivery and enhance the experience for residents and businesses. Your responsibilities will include leading customer engagements, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback and operational challenges.
